The SKYRUNNER® UK & IRELAND RANKING

The SKYRUNNER® UK & IRELAND series is made up of five Skyrace and to be the best-of-the-best, runners must take part in at least three of the races.

Points will be awarded based on results and the male and female runner with the most points will be crowned as the Skyrunner ® UK & IRELAND Champion of 2023.

A Skyrunning World Ranking is a rolling 52-week ranking based on all the points awarded to the athletes from his/her participation in:

Skyrunner® World Series races, Skyrunner National Series, Skyrunning World Championships and Skyrunning Continental Championships

As of 2019, the Skyrunner® World Series season will always end with a Sky Masters race gathering only the best athletes who qualified over the season.

The ISF offers to Skyrunner ® UK & IRELAND the following qualifying pathways.

Points will be awarded as follows;

Ladies: 25, 22, 19, 12, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Men: 25, 22, 19, 15, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1

Points in the world ranking will be awarded to the top 30 men and top 20 women.

Ranking will be updated after each qualifying event.

To qualify for the overall series, 3 results as a minimum are required.

If you race more than 3 races within the calendar year, your 3 best results/ points qualify. A 20% bonus is awarded for the last race in the series.
