NEW MASTERS AGE CAT SERIES’

Recognising the accomplishments of the UK & Ireland’s strongest master (aged 40+) Skyrunners with their own sub-series’.

For the first time, 2024 sees the same four Masters Age Categories applied to all races across the series: M40/M45/M50/M55. Runners series age categories will be designated in accordance with the ISF definitions for Masters Age Categories, updated annually.

Ranking points for Master Age Category runners will be awarded to the top 20 M/F finisher in each age category, at each race in the National Series. The runner’s best three results count towards their final Masters Age Cat points standing in the Overall Series and a series prize will be awarded by Skyrunning UK to the M/F overall champion in each of the four age categories at the end of the season.

Masters’ Age Cat rankings will be regularly updated on the Skyrunning UK website after each event .
