NEW U23 SERIES

Recognising the performances of the most talented youth Skyrunners in the UK & Ireland with their own sub-series.

For the first time event, select races in the UK & Ireland National Series will have a designated U23 age category. Inspired by the new Skyrunner World Series’ U23 Trofeo Esteban Olivero Series, in 2024 a dedicated U23 Series for younger runners will take place across the Copper SkyTrail, St. Sunday Mountain Race & Seven Sisters Skyline 30km races!

Ranking points for U23 Races will be awarded the top 20 M/F U23 age cat finishers in each race. The runner’s best two results count towards their final points standing in this series and a series prize will be awarded by Skyrunning UK to the M/F overall champion at the end of the season. To be eligible for this series ranking, you must have been aged 22 or under during any U23 race in the season.

The U23 Series ranking will be regularly updated on the Skyrunning UK website after each event.
