SKYRUNNING UK YOUTH TEAM 2024

The eighth edition of the annual Youth Skyrunning World Championships will take place for the first time in Bar, Montenegro with the VERTICAL on June 28 and the SKY on June 30, 2024. More info HERE, start lists HERE.

This year there are 4 age categories;

• Youth A (15-16 years): born from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009

• Youth B (17-18 years): born from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2007

• Youth C (19-20 years): born from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2005

• U23 (21-22-23 years): born from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2003

How do I engage?

Any suitably qualified athlete interested in representing the UK is invited to contact our team managers at the following email address: youth-team-skyrunning-uk@hotmail.com

Please be aware that the event is self funded and athletes must make their own travel arrangements. Runners (and family) must stay Thursday evening to Monday morning as a minimum. There will be a UK team manager at the event.

A small UK team competed at the 2022 event in Andorra, it was a fantastic experience and we achieved 3 podium places!

Please note, the youth team is run by volunteers and so response time will be as quick as humanly possible.
